Information We Do NOT Collect

  • We do not use third-party advertising cookies
  • We do not collect financial or payment card information through the website
  • We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 (COPPA compliance)

3. AI-Powered Quote Tool Disclosure

Important: When you use our quote tool at /quote, you are interacting with an AI assistant, not a human.

  • Your form data and chat messages are sent to Amazon Web Services (AWS Bedrock) for processing by an AI language model (Anthropic Claude)
  • The AI generates project estimates and asks follow-up questions to scope your project
  • AI-generated quotes are estimates only and are not legally binding. Actual pricing is determined through a signed Master Service Agreement
  • Chat data may be retained to improve our quote accuracy and service quality

Under the Colorado AI Act and Maine Chatbot Disclosure Act, we are required to notify you that you are interacting with artificial intelligence. This notice is provided before and during your interaction with our quote tool.

  • Responding to your inquiries and generating project quotes
  • AI-powered project estimation and scoping
  • Website functionality (theme preference)
  • Analytics to improve our website and services

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We share data with the following providers solely to deliver our services:

  • Amazon Web Services (AWS Bedrock) — AI processing of chat/quote data. Data is processed in the US East (N. Virginia) region. See AWS Privacy Notice.

6. Data Retention

  • Form submissions and chat logs: Retained for up to 24 months, or until you request deletion
  • Theme preference: Stored in your browser's localStorage indefinitely; you can clear it at any time through your browser settings
  • Analytics data: Retained per Vercel's data retention policies

7. Your Privacy Rights

Under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), and other applicable state laws, you have the right to:

  • Know what personal data we collect and how it is used
  • Access your personal data in a portable format
  • Delete your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate personal data
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal data (we do not sell your data, but you may still exercise this right)

If we deny your request, you have the right to appeal. Submit your appeal to the same email address and we will respond within 60 days.

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as required by the TDPSA and CCPA. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we will treat it as a valid opt-out request for the sale or sharing of personal data and targeted advertising.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), secure cloud infrastructure, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
